About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Specialist Doctor to join our team at Magna House, a 29-bed hospital in Lincolnshire providing acute care and treatment to individuals with mental health issues.

As an Associate Specialist, you will work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to deliver individualized care and treatment to patients with complex mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities include participating in the on-call rota, ensuring adequate handovers to colleagues, seeking collateral history from other professionals and family, and completing discharge letters and reports in a timely manner.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to service development through clinical governance activities, conducting audits, research, and teaching.

Requirements
  • Full GMC registration
  • Experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams
  • To be in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • At least 3 years' experience in Psychiatry
  • Experience working as a doctor within a similar environment
  • MRCPsych
  • Section approval
  • AC status
  • INDCLIN
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £90,000 - £100,000 per annum
  • 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
