About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DB Pension Specialist to join our team at PARC Auto Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our pension and reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pension and reward strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on pension schemes and employer responsibilities.
  • Conduct equality and data protection impact assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement digital and AI techniques to enhance our pay and reward practice.
Requirements
  • CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of applying diversity and inclusion into pay and reward practice.
  • Experience of financial modelling relating to pay, benefits, and reward.
Desirable Criteria
  • Local Government experience in pay and reward.
  • Knowledge and experience of pension schemes and employer responsibilities.
  • Understanding of ill health and early retirement principles.
