They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking team leader who can work as part of the Senior Management team. You will over see the day to day running of the pensions and investment administration team to provide seamless support to their busy advice team and supporting junior members of staff.
The company offer fantastic benefits including option for share schemes, additional bonuses and development opportunities.
At least 5 years of management experience in a similar position
Excellent understanding of SIPP's
Pension qualifications such as FA2 (pensions Administration)
Excellent knowledge of both Pensions and Investments
Proficient using Microsoft Office and other back office systems (intelligent Office desirable)
Strong management skills and the ability to support Junior members of staff
