Key Responsibilities- **Support the Brand Marketing Team**: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to create marketing materials, reports, and presentations for retailers.
- **Product Performance Data Management**: Input and update product performance data using online retail reporting systems.
- **Marketing Content Creation**: Support the creation of marketing content working with the in-house creative design team.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and monitor social media channels to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- **Copywriting**: Develop high-quality copywriting for brand websites, blogs, social media, Amazon listings, and press releases.
- **Brand Awareness**: Work with external PR agencies and journalists to build brand awareness and reputation.
- **TV Commercial Support**: Assist with the production and delivery of TV commercials.
- **Product Launch Support**: Support operational teams to trial and deliver new products to market.
- **Influencer Management**: Manage relationships with bloggers and influencers to promote brand products.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on consumer nutrition, healthcare, and beauty markets, as well as competitor data analysis.
- **Merchandising and Admin Support**: Provide support with merchandising materials and general administrative duties.
- **Marketing or Related Degree**: Hold a marketing or related degree/qualification.
- **Marketing Experience**: Possess at least 1 year of experience in marketing, either through a graduate scheme or direct work experience.
- **Communication and Organisational Skills**: Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
- **Language Skills**: Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- **Copywriting Skills**: Possess strong copywriting skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Be able to analyse data and create reports and presentations.
- **Teamwork**: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build relationships with influencers and external agencies.
- **Career Aspirations**: Ideally seeking a career path in brand management with a high focus on digital brand marketing activities.
- **Industry Experience**: Keen to work with health, nutrition, and/or beauty consumer products.
- **Social Media Experience**: Previous experience managing social media, influencers, and/or bloggers.
