Working Hours

Role Summary
The Parts Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Parts department. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team while driving sales and maintaining high standards of customer service.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, overseeing inventory management, and striving to exceed sales objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging atmosphere and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations within the Parts department, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Providing coaching and support to team members through regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering expert advice on parts and services.
- Facilitating effective communication between team members and customers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Establishing and maintaining a marketing framework to enhance branch visibility and activity.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a parts management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
- High proficiency in numerical analysis.
- Familiarity with dealer management and parts catalog systems.
- Understanding of budget management and performance metrics.
- Effective workload management skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and share responsibilities appropriately.
- A positive and proactive mindset that motivates others to achieve their best.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Kerridge (Rev 8) software is advantageous but not mandatory.
