Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to craft a blended approach to product training, combining digital content creation and face-to-face delivery passions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train store colleagues via physical delivery and face-to-face shop floor sessions
  • Create digital training assets and cultivate a social platform community
  • Manage a physical territory, visiting key retailers to train and engage the social platform community
  • Drive sign-ups to our exciting new LXP and provide valuable retailer insight
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans)
  • Previous experience training or coaching others
  • Confident to create content on camera
  • Proficient in social media and knowledge of managing a page or community
