Job Title: Installation AV Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Installation AV Engineer to join our team at MiGrowth, a leading provider of digital signage solutions. As an Installation AV Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining digital signage equipment in customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install digital signage equipment, including digital screens, mobile devices, and projectors
  • Install cables and network infrastructures in customer premises
  • Work closely with the engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital signage solutions
  • Perform repair, service, and routine maintenance work on digital signage equipment
  • Solve practical problems, detect, and repair equipment faults
  • Drive high satisfaction levels with customers by installing or restoring normal operational service with minimum impact
  • Keep the office team updated on progress and the IT team informed of technical information or unresolved issues
  • Required to stay overnight in hotel accommodation organized by the company
  • Carry out site surveys as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of using hand-held and electrical tools with competence
  • Previous installation experience of electrical equipment
  • Current UK driving license, able to drive a van
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Analytical, with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
