Relationships: Collaborates with Sales Manager, Business Development Managers, Head of Customer Experience, Data Analytics & Systems Manager, and Finance Manager.
Overall Function/ Objective:
Focus on Brand Management across various media channels including TV, Radio, Press, and sponsorship.
Manage Public Relations efforts including press outreach, awards submissions, and thought leadership initiatives.
Coordinate Events such as trade shows and promotional activities.
Conduct Reporting & Analysis to measure effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Awareness - Execute the annual marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition among consumers and businesses, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
Brand Management - Track brand visibility and ensure all communications adhere to brand standards while promoting ongoing public awareness.
Brand Experience – Develop and manage initiatives across TV, Radio, Press, Events, and Sponsorship to reinforce brand identity and market positioning.
ATL Advertising – Oversee paid advertising efforts across TV, radio, and print media.
Agency Management – Effectively oversee day-to-day interactions with external agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
PR – Implement a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with the Annual Marketing Plan, ensuring timely publication of press releases and editorial placements.
PR Capability – Provide PR training for senior team members to enhance their media engagement skills.
Campaign Coordination – Work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of brand and PR components in campaigns.
Event Coordination – Plan and manage all live events, both in-person and virtual, ensuring timely completion of tasks and alignment with marketing objectives.
Budget Management – Monitor and report on financial expenditures and return on investment.
Reporting & Analysis – Analyze performance data and prepare reports for stakeholders, illustrating progress and alignment with marketing strategies.
KPI's/Outputs:
Tracking brand awareness and recognition metrics.
Demonstrating ROI for advertising efforts across various media.
Ensuring consistent brand presentation in external communications.
Qualifications/Skills:
Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
Experience in media advertising, PR, and event management.

Person Specification:
Essential:
3-5 years of marketing experience, either in-house or agency.
Experience in managing external agencies and budget oversight.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferable: Knowledge of renewable energy sector, experience in agency management, and a background in marketing planning.
Marketing-related degree or pursuit of professional qualifications.
