Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Site Engineer, you will be accountable for the following:

Comprehend the specified solutions, relay them to the working team, and ensure adherence to completion.

Initiate and oversee a right-first-time delivery process Safely and sustainably develop and deliver projects on schedule and within budget Monitor compliance to ensure all work is executed according to standards Generate necessary documentation in a timely manner Effectively manage and support the personnel executing the tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

HNC/HND/Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, along with relevant site experience in the Utilities or Construction sector Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify sensitive issues, and guide cross-functional teams toward effective solutions. Capability to work across diverse interest groups to resolve complex operational and commercial challenges Experience in people management and relationship-building skills Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of budgetary and financial oversight. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies. Valid UK Driving Licence. Willingness to travel for work assignments.
