About the Role

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled Global Replenishment Planner to join our global planning organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving all replenishment planning activities globally, embodying the Burberry values and contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Assess global replenishment forecasts, create a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy, and maintain global rolling line cards for replenishment items.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products, determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategy, and drive the global replenishment buy process across all lines.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for maintaining global replenishment line cards, ensuring adherence to global weeks of cover targets for both store and hub, and determining weekly allocation of SPI products to maintain target stock levels in stores and hubs.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Alongside the Director of Retail Merchandising, Division, responsible for monthly evaluation of trading with regional teams to assess in-season management decisions and potential inventory rebalances across regions, and supporting the Director of Retail Merchandising, Division, with preparing specific vendor projections across all product lines.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a global planning role in a commercial and luxury environment at a planner level, with experience across replenishment buy process.
  • Skills: Customer-oriented approach to problem-solving, well-developed communication skills, ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, exceptional attention to detail, and analytical skills.
