Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Replenishment Planner to join our team at Burberry. As a key member of our Global Planning organization, you will be responsible for driving all replenishment planning activities globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze global replenishment forecasts to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Maintain and update global rolling line cards for replenishment items, ensuring adherence to monthly critical path
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products
  • Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategy
Key Performance Indicators
  • Responsible for maintaining global replenishment line cards and ensuring adherence to global weeks of cover targets
  • Drive the global replenishment buy process across all lines, actualizing against seasonal plans
  • Determine weekly allocation of SPI products to maintain target stock levels in stores and hubs
  • Collaborate with Director of Retail Merchandising to evaluate trading and assess in-season management decisions
  • Support Director of Retail Merchandising with preparing vendor projections for supply planning
  • Responsible for forecasting and planning replenishment margin
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in global planning roles in commercial and luxury environments
  • Experience in replenishment buy process and inventory management
  • Customer-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
