Job Title: Property Restoration Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Property Restoration Technician to join our team at Core Group. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch solutions for water, fire, and accidental damage in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend new job allocations for domestic and commercial perils, ensuring prompt and effective response to customer needs.
  2. Adhere to company and quality procedures, including Health & Safety protocols, to maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Conduct thorough moisture surveys and apply drying techniques to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
  4. Maintain and service company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  5. Supervise subcontractors and additional technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.

Requirements:

  1. General education with GCSEs in English and Mathematics
  2. BDMA Technician (desirable)

Performance Metrics:

  1. Customer satisfaction
  2. Achievement of budgeted turnover and service standards
  3. Key Performance Indicators
  4. Performance appraisals
