Key Responsibilities of the Lead Mixologist Role
- Guide the bar team in delivering personalized and attentive service, ensuring guests' needs and preferences are anticipated for a memorable experience.
- Oversee the daily operations and setup of the bar, maintaining high standards and operational efficiency.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions, to confidently assist guests.
- Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures to maintain exceptional service quality.
- Mentor and train bar staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Coordinate and manage bar arrangements for special events, private gatherings, and promotional activities.
