Role Overview

As an Administrative Coordinator at HealthHarmonie, you will be integral to the seamless operation of our healthcare services. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors, fostering a friendly and inviting environment
  • Maintaining a tidy, organized, and professional reception area at all times
  • Accurately entering patient information into our management system to uphold detailed records
  • Evaluating and prioritizing patient referrals based on urgency and clinical necessity
  • Contacting patients to arrange appointments efficiently
  • Scanning and linking referrals to the appropriate patient files for streamlined access

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Your work will follow a 5 out of 7-day schedule, as our services are available throughout the week
  • Shifts typically span 8 hours, generally scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Your primary workplace will be designated, with potential coverage required at other clinic sites as needed

Salary: £24,000 per annum
