We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Quast Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project teams in developing and implementing effective methodologies for projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, gather inputs, and share ideas and conclusions.
- Establish baseline business performance and drive benefits realization.
- Develop engaging project summary reports to enable change implementation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programmes.
- Deliver transformational change, leveraging business change models, tools, and techniques.
- Scope and prioritize change initiatives of medium to high complexity.
- Ensure full traceability from Front Door Request to work delivering requirements.
- Work with suppliers and delivery team members to deliver to required timescales and quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Develop communications plans and implement them effectively.
- Experience in waterfall and agile deliveries.
- Prepare affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working.
- Guide stakeholders through business transformations.
- Beneficial to have experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other business improvement methodologies.
- Minimum of 3 days/week working on site, with flexibility for hybrid working.
- Initial contract duration of 220 days (circa 1 year).
- Rate determined by SFIA bands, with maximum rates up to £900/day.
- Current clearance required, with no exceptions.
