Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Lead Radiographer to join our Radiology Team at Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day running of CT, ensuring optimum use of staffing and equipment resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CT department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Lead and develop the CT team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Implement and maintain protocols and procedures for CT imaging, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in CT radiography, with a strong understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
