The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure that our organization adheres to processes and policies that support high-quality and ethical operations.

This role involves strategic oversight of processes, focusing on minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency. Through monitoring performance and testing compliance across people, processes, partners, data, and technology, the post holder will foster a culture of continuous improvement, where our safe, ethical, reproducible, and responsible impact is placed at the forefront of our operations.

This is a fixed-term position until 30th April 2026, and we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We also welcome requests for hybrid working that combines a mix of remote (within the UK) and regular on-campus working.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, production management, human resources, business administration) or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working with data and/or research quality
  • Experience in regulatory compliance
  • Experience of developing and implementing quality and compliance controls
  • A passion for making the world a better place and preventing CSEA, improving services, and safeguarding children
