Job Title: Deputy Manager - Domiciliary Care

Job Type: Full-time

Location: TRC Yorkshire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in the management of the care team, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our service users.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality assurance processes to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the care team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting.
  • Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service.
  • Experience of managing an effective team.
  • Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT literate, including basic Excel.
