Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team in the domiciliary care sector. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Compliance Excellence:** Partner with the Registered Manager to monitor and enforce compliance, meeting and exceeding targets. Collect, collate, and report compliance paperwork weekly. Stay abreast of CQC regulations and legislation, ensuring all services are up to date. Champion high-quality service, addressing any shortfalls promptly.
- **Service Delivery Mastery:** Advocate for Person Centred Care, conducting spot checks and ensuring documentation is accurate and dignified.
- **Operational Management:** Ensure adherence to our Development & Training and Supervision Policies. Oversee staff rota continuity to maintain seamless service.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working as a Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within the domiciliary care sector.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
