About the Role:

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client's team in London. As a successful independent agency, our client has been operating in the London area for over 30 years, providing an honest and friendly service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and accompanying viewings to ensure a smooth and efficient process
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate offers and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Utilizing Microsoft software to manage and track viewings, offers, and other key metrics

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • At least 2-3 years of Lettings experience within London
  • Experience with Microsoft software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £22,000 and an OTE of £45,000-£50,000
  • A car allowance to support your daily commute
  • A flexible working schedule, including 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday, 10am-4pm Saturday, and 3 days off per month
