Field Sales Executive Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join their growing sales team in Southampton. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing business through a mixture of pre-booked and self-generated appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client visits within a defined territory to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Meet set revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage administrative tasks and report to the Commercial Director.
  • Stay up-to-date with market changes and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably in car sales.
  • Full clean UK driving license is essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully IT literate and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive starting salary of £22,500 per annum.
  • Highly uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £35,000 in the first year.
  • Guaranteed bonus for the first three months.
