Procurement Manager - Logistics

About the Role:

Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our Logistics category strategy. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing all regional Logistics and Distribution initiatives, ensuring best-in-class service from our logistic and warehouse providers while optimising total cost of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Logistics category strategy to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  2. Lead the implementation of Supplier Relationship Management and suppliers evaluation processes.
  3. Engage with suppliers to present innovation and cost efficiency projects, ensuring they consider our business as a preferred customer.
  4. Implement tools and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Drive the quality and impact of Procurement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Logistics and Warehouse Category management, with a strong background in FMCG.
  2. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage remotely and drive team performance.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
  5. Ability to work in a truly global organisation, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
