Position Overview
Our client, a well-established family-owned enterprise with over 70 years of experience in their industry, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to enhance their team.
In this role, you will be an adept administrator with a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in addressing customer inquiries received through various channels, including web chats and emails.
Your confidence in managing incoming calls from clients will be essential, as will your ability to effectively resolve any questions or concerns.
Additionally, you will utilize a CRM system to document customer quotes and requirements.
This dynamic role is fast-paced and vital to the success of the sales team.

Main Responsibilities
- Engage with public and private sectors, including education, architects, and contractors.
- Provide online sales support through web chat.
- Deliver timely sales quotations and technical advice in response to online inquiries.
- Assist with inbound tele-sales to expedite ordering inquiries and issue email quotations.
- Compile and report monthly on web sales conversions, including direct web sales and self-generated orders.
- Prepare written quotations using the in-house CRM system as necessary.
- Ensure customers receive quotations both before and after issuance.
- Process sales orders accurately in the Sage business system as required.
- Offer support to the Trader team as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence in reviewing bills of quantities and tender documents.
- Experience with the tender process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Sales negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient keyboard skills and familiarity with database systems and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy with minimal supervision.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
Personal Attributes
- Team-oriented.
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Previous experience managing quotations and purchase orders is advantageous.
