Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Red Personnel. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their enquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Record and manage customer interactions and repairs on our customer relationship management system.
  • Log maintenance enquiries with contractors and process invoices.
  • Contact customers to confirm completion of works and gather feedback.
  • Support the property management team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the private sector housing or local government.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to Key Performance Indicators targets.
  • Customer focus, can-do attitude, and positive approach.
  • Ability to work in a performance culture environment and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant ongoing training and development.
