Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver multiple projects, from concept to ongoing support, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Lead a team of developers, architects, and designers using Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  3. Own projects, liaise with clients, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  1. Certifications in Agile and Scrum, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
  2. 3+ years managing technical teams and projects, with a proven track record of success.
  3. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce CMS (Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.), enabling effective project execution.
Desired Skills:
  1. Knowledge of JIRA, Adobe Commerce, and AWS, with experience in leveraging these tools to drive project success.
  2. Genuine interest in e-commerce and its challenges, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  3. Lead projects with action plans and issue resolution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Encourage the use of new and existing technologies in the e-commerce and digital space, driving innovation and growth.
