Electrical Wholesale Sales Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum Plus Company Car

Important Note: Candidates without experience in electrical wholesale will not be considered.

I am currently seeking a skilled sales manager for a reputable electrical wholesale organization in Leicester. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and enhance the branch's market reach.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated branch team to uphold high standards of operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in achieving sales goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in wholesale, electrical, or related sectors.
  • Ambitious and diligent work ethic.
  • Proven ability to effectively market products and services.
  • Strong determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to independently organize and manage time effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Sales experience in the electrical industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local market dynamics.
