We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at Aramark Premier Shop in Aldergrove, Antrim. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues
  • Date and price-check stock, maintaining accurate records
  • Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain financial records
  • Receive and process deliveries, restock shelves, and maintain store displays
  • Assist with stock ordering, stock taking, and cleaning duties
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or hazards to the line manager
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and occasionally work alone
  • DBS check required
