Live-in Housekeeper Opportunity

Tiger Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and proactive live-in Housekeeper to join our team at a beautiful large estate in Wiltshire. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and comfort within the main residence and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeping: Ensure the interior and exterior of the property are immaculate, including cleaning, dusting, and polishing.
  • Laundry and Fabric Care: Manage the laundry and ironing of household linens and clothing, as well as caring for delicate fabrics and antiques.
  • Garden Maintenance: Assist with lawn mowing, strimming, trimming, and other gardening tasks to maintain the estate's beautiful grounds.
  • Interior and Exterior Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and DIY tasks to maintain the property's condition.
  • Handyman Responsibilities: Assist with occasional driving duties, pet care, and liaising with contractors.

Accommodation will be provided in a newly refurbished three-bedroom cottage on the estate, with its own small garden. This is a Monday-Friday role, with occasional weekend work. At least one member of the couple must be a confident driver. If this role is taken on by an individual live-in Housekeeper, the salary will be set at £40,000 per annum, and the garden/handyman responsibilities can be outsourced. This is a wonderful opportunity to live in a beautiful part of the country and join a wonderful small team of support staff.
