Job Title: Caretaker - Mobile Relief

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker - Mobile Relief to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. This is a temporary role, with the possibility of extension or permanence, depending on client discretion.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide relief caretaking duties on various estates across all areas, as directed by managers, often at short notice. This role requires an enhanced DBS and the ability to work immediately or at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Estate Services Co-ordinator (ESC) and Quality Assurance Officer, liaising with Management and Staff at the Area Office.
  • Providing relief caretaking duties on various estates, as directed by managers, often at short notice.
  • Working with other caretaking staff to carry out tasks identified by supervisors or managers, on various estates.
  • Assisting managers or supervisors in the distribution of stores & equipment, including loading and unloading estate services vehicles.
  • Completing daily management control information and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate a reasonable standard of literacy and numeracy when supplying brief reports on the background action taken in respect of any emergencies or unusual occurrences.
  • Some experience of cleaning or caretaker duties.
Important Information:
  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the U.K.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
