Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company policies and procedures are followed and fully supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide employee relations support to managers across our business, offering consistent and supportive advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in providing guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including attendance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices.
  • Develop and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and Ethical Trading Requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential.
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
