Your Responsibilities as Head Chef at The Montagu Kitchen
- Oversee food cost management in alignment with budgetary guidelines and the hotel's business strategy.
- Lead seasonal menu updates and innovations.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance guest satisfaction and elevate dining experiences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to culinary team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills for optimal performance and engagement.
- Recruit and nurture future culinary talent while managing team performance.
- Implement effective training initiatives for staff in collaboration with the Learning Manager and/or Departmental Trainer.

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is situated in the upscale Marylebone area, right in the heart of London's West End, offering picturesque views of the lovely Portman Square gardens. The hotel features 440 elegant guest rooms, including 50 suites, along with 11 unique meeting spaces, providing a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.
