We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at an established Motor Trade Dealership in the Epsom area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
- Produce job cards on in-house computer systems and update customer and vehicle records.
- Prepare and complete invoices, and advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
- Upsell on service work and service plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Motor Trade Dealership.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
A competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and career progression.
