After Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Administrator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining invoices, warranty renewals, and service contract renewals for our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, warranty renewals, and service contract renewals.
- Assist with projects as required, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Arrange and book travel arrangements for group travel, including flights, hire cars, and parking.
- Process day-to-day invoicing and ensure timely payment.
- Enter new service agreements and renewals onto the system.
- Maintain spreadsheets and create reports/dashboards as required.
- Excellent administration skills with experience working in a similar role.
- Experience within the plant or agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
