Job Title: Arable Communications and Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Arable Communications and Engagement Manager. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for promoting our business and sharing information with the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with farmers and the agricultural sector.
  • Present company research and knowledge to technical groups and industry events.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Manage and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as agriculture, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong practical background in the agricultural sector, with a focus on cereals and OSR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
