We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator for our client, a Substance Misuse Service.
This role is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance as directed by the supervisor.
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing inquiries promptly.
- Attending various meetings and taking detailed minutes when necessary.
- Drafting and distributing memos, letters, minutes, and reports in a professional manner.
- Offering administrative support to management team members as required.
- Establishing and maintaining effective administrative and record-keeping systems, including the management of prescriptions and related records.
- Ensuring the database is updated accurately to reflect any changes in prescriptions.
- Adhering to recording requirements in line with prescription security and prescribing policies.
