Position Overview:

The HR Technology Platforms Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Civica's HR technology solutions. This position is essential for ensuring that our HR systems are efficiently implemented, maintained, and utilized to align with our HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in HR systems, along with excellent project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and upkeep of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR-related systems.
  • Continuously assess and refine HR systems to adapt to the organization's changing needs, identifying automation and process enhancement opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of various HR systems with other business applications to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships for HR technology, ensuring high-quality service delivery and support, while negotiating contracts and overseeing vendor performance.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and stakeholders on the effective use of HR systems, addressing system issues promptly.
  • Safeguard the security and confidentiality of HR data across all platforms, implementing data protection measures in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead HR technology initiatives, including system upgrades and new implementations, developing project plans and coordinating resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with the HR analytics team to ensure that HR systems deliver accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis, supporting the creation of dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Work closely with HR leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in HR technology, evaluating new tools and solutions that could benefit the organization and leading their implementation as appropriate.

Essential Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR technology platforms and systems.
  • Experience managing HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR-related systems.
  • Configuration expertise in platforms such as Workday.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of data security and data protection regulations.
