About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our pricing strategy and driving business revenue and margin growth across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for pricing improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop pricing metrics to measure performance.
  • Provide objective analysis on the impact of pricing decisions and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Partner with commercial excellence teams to design system updates and automated quoting capabilities for the channel.
  • Set annual price increases, manage discounting guidelines, and set governance frameworks across products.
  • Pricing support for strategic projects, including pricing refresh, new product and proposition launches.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned B2B pricing manager with 4+ years of pricing experience, who has a passion for understanding pricing strategies and execution methodologies. You should have experience in setting strategic and tactical pricing to drive performance in technology-intensive industries.

You will be responsible for distilling complexity via a methodical and structured approach, and have the ability to influence various stakeholders, including senior management, by communicating clearly and persuasively.
