Job Overview

Beach Baker is seeking a skilled Residential Building Surveyor to join their national team of surveyors. As a home-based opportunity, this role offers flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct building surveys and Homebuyers reports, with a focus on residential properties.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • MRICS/FRICS qualification (AssocRICS considered with relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in structural and building defects, with a strong understanding of residential property surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
