We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Community Reablement team as a Social Care Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to regain their independence and confidence in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with individuals in their own homes to help them regain their independence in carrying out essential daily tasks.
- Support individuals to relearn skills that have been identified as important to their quality of life.
- Help individuals to regain confidence and independence through a tailored plan.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of our service users, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A flexible rota that allows you to make plans around your personal life.
- Enhanced pay rates for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
