About the Role:

Themis Recruit is seeking an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex professional negligence claims, including multi-million-pound cases across various sectors such as solicitors, construction, surveyors, and accountants' negligence.

You will work closely with our experienced and established team, with the support of dedicated marketing and new business teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career within a niche area of law, with the chance to be part of a renowned department within a leading law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle your own caseload of complex professional negligence claims, working on high-value cases across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the department head on larger cases, utilizing your expertise to deliver outstanding results for clients.
  • Work closely with the team on group projects and tasks, leveraging your skills to drive success.
About You:
  • Experience in Professional Negligence or General Litigation/Dispute Resolution, with a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Grade A or B solicitor, confident in managing cases independently with some supervision.
  • Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems, with strong IT skills and ability to manage electronic case files.
