Job Opportunity

Cloud Decisions is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the delivery of large, complex projects from cradle to grave, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. Adaptability is key as projects can range from 5 to 50 days.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Intune etc) and Azure (IaaS, AVD, Azure VM, Cloud Services etc). Professional certifications such as AZ or MS series certifications (covering Azure or M365) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and deploying customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Working within an expert + passionate team whilst also having the ability to work autonomously.
  • Mentoring junior team members and acting as a technical escalation point.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
