Business Development Executive Opportunity

DevOn Software is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive client growth and expansion across the European market. As a key member of our UK sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads and opportunities for DevOn's software services in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to establish a strong sales and market reputation for DevOn.
  • Utilize various channels to engage with leads, including email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Establish a robust network of executives and nurture relationships to provide future opportunities for DevOn.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver sales presentations and drive business growth.
  • Continuously improve our sales processes and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Interact with the global sales team, delivery managers, and other internal stakeholders to develop strategies for expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a prospect list to drive sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of business development experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software sales.
  • Understanding of software businesses and market trends.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM, agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Confidence in selling software services to high-level stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of hitting sales quotas and targets.
  • Ability to travel and visit clients on location.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
