About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Executive to join our team at Teemill, a rapidly growing ecommerce tech platform. As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class ads across our brand and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategies: Support the paid media team in delivering multi-platform digital strategies to drive business growth objectives.
  • Manage Large Media Budgets: Manage six-figure annual media budgets across a range of paid channels, including search, shopping, social, display, and video.
  • Optimize Campaigns for ROI and CPA: Optimize existing paid media campaigns to drive results, meeting ROI and CPA targets across a mix of paid channels.
  • Identify New Opportunities and Trends: Identify new paid media strategies, trends, and opportunities, while upholding best practices across channels.
  • Set Up and Manage New Campaigns: Set up new accounts and build new campaigns across search and social channels, including keyphrase research, ad copy writing, and audience selection.
  • Monitor and Analyze Data: Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify new opportunities for campaigns across the business.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Report to relevant stakeholders and share learnings within the ads function, as well as share campaign ideas and results with client partners.
Requirements
  • Experience in Paid Media: 1+ years of experience managing ad accounts and building, optimizing, and managing paid media campaigns across a range of platforms, including search, shopping, and Meta.
  • Comfort with Large Budgets: Comfortable working with budgets upwards of £100k or excited about the prospect of working with larger budgets.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and analyzing large datasets.
  • Organizational Skills: Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize between multiple competing projects.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail.
  • Drive and Passion: Drive, passion, and willingness to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing world of paid media.
  • Sustainability Focus: Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
