About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Energy Solutions Sales Professional to join our team at Callidus Wholesale Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our comprehensive solar PV solution to solar installers, roofers, electricians, and plumbing contractors who want to add solar to their offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide pre-sale expertise, including design and consultancy services, as well as surveys to clients.
  • Offer post-sale support, including commissioning and ongoing training and development to enhance business partnerships.
  • Work closely with our technical team to stay up-to-date on the latest solar PV technologies and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling concepts and consultative sales approaches.
  • Technical mindset to grasp the complexities of solar PV and share knowledge with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and the net-zero journey.
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
  • Uncapped commission scheme with a year one OTE of c. £20k.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Unlimited holiday and statistics.
