Executive Engagement: Prepare and lead Executive Steering Committee meetings and project review boards, ensuring clear communication and alignment at the highest levels.
Transparency & Accountability: Implement cutting-edge reporting structures and toolkits that promote transparency and accountability across all projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams on process landscape assessments, gap analysis, and the development of agile process transformation plans.
Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma and other agile methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and accelerate delivery.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PMO team, fostering a collaborative, agile, and high-performance results-driven culture.
Decision-Making: Maintain a comprehensive view of all strategic activities to improve visibility and inform agile decision-making.
This role requires extensive experience in project management methodology, with a deep understanding of PMO, Agile, and related PPM processes. You should have a proven track record of delivering large programmes in a project/programme management capacity, ideally within a matrixed organization.

Requirements:

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the office and the rest of the week remote. The salary for this role is £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes an attractive company benefits package.
