Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
    • Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' needs and preferences, and make recommendations accordingly.
    • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand information to provide expert advice to customers.
    • Recommend products that meet customers' needs, and provide information on in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Flannels' standards and policies.
    • Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day.
