We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Security Colleague. As a Security Colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols and checks of the store to identify and prevent any potential security risks.
- Support the management team in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Assist with the investigation of incidents and provide evidence as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver great results. As a Security Colleague, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers feel safe and secure while shopping with us.
