Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are looking for experienced leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, coach and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and deliver a vision for the pub, ensuring standards and compliance are maintained.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, providing a premium experience that makes those special moments and everyday interactions something to remember.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Manager at the Red Lion in Bushey Village. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
