Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder detection systems.
- Ensure all tasks are executed to the highest standards, fulfilling client expectations.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers and contribute to larger projects as part of a cohesive team.
- Provide outstanding customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
Candidate Profile:
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder detection systems.
- Possession of necessary qualifications in fire and security systems or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A valid UK Manual Driving License.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
- A self-driven individual committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient technical knowledge and understanding of various systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

- Base Salary – £32,000 to £38,000, depending on experience
