High Net Worth Insurance Specialist

We are working with a leading UK insurance brand to recruit a High Net Worth Underwriter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and growing insurer, with a wide range of development opportunities on offer.
Key Responsibilities:- Work towards set targets, including profitability, GWP, conversion, and retention.
- Develop sales skills and appreciation of sales and underwriting strategy.
- Effectively negotiate with internal and external parties.
- Challenge non-standard underwriting decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive profitable growth.
- Previous experience in Personal Lines Underwriting is essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ideal candidate will have Dip CII qualification.
This role will focus on underwriting Art and Private Client products, working across direct and broker distribution channels, and Household, Motor, and Travel insurance policies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a brand new, state-of-the-art underwriting platform.
